Ceiling balloons can make a fabulous decoration for living rooms as well as large venues!
Each balloon is filled with helium and given a special tassel tail, ready to float up to the ceiling. We recommend ordering these in large quantities to make the biggest impact. We recommend 10-20 for standard living rooms.
